Talent Acquisition Lead

Requirements:

• A minimum of 3 year of professional full-cycle IT Talent Aquisition / Hiring experience
• 2+ year experience in IT recruitment or a technical background
• Demonstrated experience in building respected relationships with clients and candidates.
• Adept at managing a high volume of requisitions in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of current networking and sourcing trends including extensive use of LinkedIn and social media.
• English - Upper-Intermediate

Responsibilities:

• Review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements.
• Conduct pre-screening interviews.
• Ensure a positive, professional candidate experience throughout the talent acquisition process.
• Manage candidate and job information in our Applicant Tracking System.
• Collaborate with other members of the Talent Team to drive talent acquisition efficiencies and performance.
• Use the best practices for interviewing skills, talent acquisition process.
• Build strong trusted advisor relationships with managers to understand their business and staffing requirements, ensuring the highest quality of candidates are presented in a timely manner.
• Leverage professional networking, internet resources, social media, direct sourcing techniques and professional sites to source candidates.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• General knowledge of various employment laws and practices.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
