Due to the expansion of the team, we are looking for a Salesperson who constantly develops their skills, monitors the quality of their work, and is a great team player.

As a Sales Manager, you play a vital role to our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team’s potential.


  • At least 2 years of experience of B2B in IT sphere;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
  • Advanced spoken and written English;
  • Experience in selling services to Western markets;
  • Self-management skills;
  • Be familiar with web and mobile development lifecycle (searching+qualifying+closing stages);
  • Experience with Jira, CRM (Hubspot), social networks (Linkedin, Twitter, etc.);
  • Experience of closing medium and big deals;
  • Proactive and always shows strong initiative;
  • Knowledge of business correspondence;
  • Presentation skills;
  • Must have skills and desire to sell. If you could sell us your CV with a cover letter — consider the first stage сompleted.


  • Search and qualify potential clients.
  • Work with prospects defined by Lead Generation Manager or based on your own activities.
  • Business correspondence and video conferences with potential clients.
  • Negotiations.
  • Clarification of the client’s requirements (needs) and sales activities (deal closing).
  • Maintaining data, statistics, and reporting on each active client.
  • Maintain and clean-up CRM to keep all the lead information up-to-date.
  • Report on weekly and monthly progress.
