LOCATION: Kyiv, Ukraine

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Placing orders, processing changes/returns according to established policies and procedures
• Both national and international customers communication
• Follow-up of customers' requests
• Claims handling
• Maintenance of documentation

REQUIREMENTS AND COMPETENCIES:

• At least Intermediate level of English
• 1+ year of experience performing similar duties
• Strong computer skills
• Excellent communication skills and customer-oriented approach
• Ability of multitask activities prioritization and handling
• High commitment, self-responsibility and willingness to learn
• Result-oriented and team-player candidate
