Position: E-commerce & Digital Marketing Manager 

Job purpose: Responsible for implementation and execution of e-commerce & digital strategy in Orbico Salon Professional Ukraine and Belarus with the key focus on monetizing Orbico Salon Professional B2B & B2C platforms.

Organizational set up:

Reporting to Group SP B2B Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Manager
Located: Kiev, Ukraine

Key job duties:

  • Implement and own digital commercial strategy for the B2B & B2C platforms as per SP B2B Ecommerce & Digital Manager’s guidelines

Co responsible for maintenance and future development of the platforms (in cooperation with the external agency and Group SP B2B Ecommerce & Digital Manager)

Cooperation with Ecommerce Specialists on the activation and monetization of the platform, and providing customers:

emerchandising, online sales tactics implementation, pricing strategy, customer database and any other ecommerce tactics aimed at generating incremental revenue as per Group SP B2B Ecommerce & Digital Manager’s guidelines

Cooperation with sales & marketing departments in order to plan promotion strategy and marketing campaign on the platform:

Cooperation with external agencies to implement the digital marketing strategy:

  • Online media planning
  • Campaign execution and evaluation

Agency briefing, accepting media plans & KPIs, post-campaign evaluation

All brand awareness and performance media tactics (SEM, social media paid campaigns, e-mail marketing strategy, SEO, affiliation & other digital media)

Create reports and analysis

Cooperation with e-commerce partners in order to build awareness and drive sales on the partners platforms

establishing cooperation with potential partners

planning promotion strategy and marketing campaign on their platforms

Responsible for the digital budget – planning and deciding on its allocation

 

Skills required

  • Working experience as an Ecommerce Lead/Expert either for a standalone B2C or B2B ecommerce (at least 3 years in the role)
  • Experience with key ecommerce selling and marketing tools & tactics (ex. emerchandising, promotions, search, recommendations, product pages performance, A/B testing)
  • Knowledge of customer lifecycle management (ex. leads acquisitions and nurturing, conversion to sales, segmentation and personalisation of communication through marketing automation)
  • Knowledge of analytics platforms (Google and Facebook tools for marketers)
  • Knowledge of beauty market; interested in beauty trends
  • Excellent command of English
  • Very good communication and collaboration skills
