Must Have Skills:

• Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and higher);
• A strong desire to study IT subject field;
• Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• High communication availability (be always in touch with clients and upper-management);
• High stress resistance and ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice to Have:

• Basic personal experience as a developer and deep understanding of software development process;
• Proven experience of direct communication with foreign clients;

As a project manager you will:

• Manage multiple web development projects;
• Solve workflow and technical issues (in collaboration with tech specialist);
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients;
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
