ADER HABER encourages young, talented, highly-motivated individuals to apply for our vacant position Personal Assistant.

We assume you to have:

  • fluent English both written and oral (Upper-Intermediate / Advanced);
  • 1 year of relevant experience;
  • excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Besides, we expect you to be proactive, responsible, attentive to details, able to handle multiple tasks, and resistant to stress as there sometimes can be overtime work.

Your main responsibility is a daily assistance and full administrative support to the Top Manager's operations in the most effective way:

  • schedule and plan Top Manager's day-to-day activities;
  • organize meetings, conferences, negotiations;
  • travel arrangements (visa support, booking hotels, tickets, restaurants etc);
  • prepare documents and presentations, informational support, research;
  • meet visitors of different level of seniority;
  • handle calls and correspondence;
  • control the implementation of Top Manager's tasks;
  • translate from Ukrainian/Russian into English and vice versa.
