HRM / People Partner (IT/ Digital)

You will be responsible for:

• preboarding and onboarding process of newcomers
• 1-to-1 meetings with employees
• taking part in organization of internal events (teambuildindings, retrospectives, etc)
• taking part in holding regular surveys, analytics and reports
• support offboarding process of the employee
• taking part in internal HR projects
