BetInvest is an architect of advanced digital solutions for sports betting industry with over 19 years' experience and strong industry insights. It is one of the very few privately owned companies in the industry with more than 800 active employees among which there are 300 in-play and pre-match professional bookmakers and 150 IT specialists.

We are looking for People Partner to join our Betinvest team.

Requirements:

· Higher education (preferably psychological or human resources);

· Knowledge of basic HR-processes;

· Upper-Intermediate level of English is preferred;

· Pro-active, goal-oriented, self-disciplined and flexible team-player;

· Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills.

Responsibilities:

· Onboarding, following adaptation and appraisal processes; exit interviews;

· Resolve different employee relations issues;

· Develop compensation program and benefits plans;

· Planning, organization and coordination of corporate events and team building events;

· Support of other HR activities such as performance evaluation processes, promotion etc.
