Project Manager (ERP Implementation)

The IFS Ukraine team is looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage the organization of our key international client projects. IFS Ukraine provides IFS Applications implementation services. Since 2004 we specialize in delivering enterprise software solutions including ERP, EAM, and ESM to our domestic and international clients.

Basic requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent educational background preferably in the field of computer sciences or engineering for technical project managers;
• Project Management Professional Certification from PMI (or knowledge of PMBoK) is a plus;
• Experience in use of project management methodologies (SCRUM, Kanban, or Agile);
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills;
• Strong knowledge of the English language (B1/B2).

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate internal resources and third parties for the flawless execution of projects;
• Develop project scopes and objectives ensuring technical feasibility;
• Prepare work statements and work breakdown structures;
• Develop a detailed project plan to track progress;
• Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within the scope and within budget;
• Delegate project tasks based on team members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels;
• Track project performance;
• Perform risk management to minimize project risks;
• Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs;
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation;
• Provide ERP project management visibility and control measures and reports as needed;
• Manage project escalation through various levels of communication.

• Proven ability to work on multiple initiatives shifting and directing focus as needed;
• Ability to bring structure to problems effectively and drive to practical solutions;
• Expertise working with Microsoft Project including optimization, maintenance, and reporting of a project plan.
