Buyer, Indirect materials (UA&EECA)

This position assumes reporting to team in Kyiv, Ukraine with responsibility for UA&EECA countries.

With an aim to leverage local markets knowledge and specifics, we are currently looking for Buyer, who will provide strong linkage to local markets and allow to perform business needs & objectives. With guidance of Buying Manager, you will provide support in markets evaluation, tenders running, analysis, reports preparation, administrative work.

This position assumes responsibility for defined area of IM purchases (HR & IT categories as a focused sub-category with partial support for Marketing, Professional & Sales sub-category).

Key responsibilities:

• Prepare & conduct tenders with aim to assure properly production needs, analysis of tender offers to get the best cost for the best quality of materials or services, establish proper bid flow in accordance to procurement policy & proper suppliers' approval.
• Keep tracking KPI performance on country level with support/coordination of Buying Manager (cost & cash initiatives, timely projects launch etc)
• Effective cooperation with suppliers and stakeholders: cooperation with HR, IT and other departments, communication with Procurement team EEMEA and both with the JDE Central team to define purchasing needs and secure demand accordingly.
• Assure timely contracts conclusion and contracts administration in line with business requirements within the area of responsibility.
• Projects coordination (new services \ goods overview and selection as per market need), benchmark plan and done within area of responsibility to ensure JDE best choice vs market, lead and support regional projects / negotiations across UA & EECA within area of responsibility.
• Procurement policy compliance, initiation and approval control of proper documents
• Suppliers validation according to agreed company procedures

Qualifications

• University degree
• 2+ years of experience in similar roles
• Work experience in FMCG company in HR related purchases preferred
• English fluent speaker
