Trade Marketing Analyst, Ukraine

Job Description

• Sales Strategy activities results analysis and communication preparation (Sales KPIs, Perfect store program, Must stock lists, Additional placement, NPDs, "Green square", Hot zone);

• In-store placement standards (MT/TT) monitoring and tracking based on internal questionaries' data, results' drivers & opportunities analysis;

• MT/TT assortment and space management by planograms creation and support in Spaceman Softwear;

• TOP Customer Business Plans analysis preparation and action results evaluation;

• Preparation of Country Sales KPIs reports and dashboards based on Nielsen and internal data monthly;

• Nielsen results analysis and informational support monthly;

• Results analysis and evaluation of activities and NPDs launches in channels MT/TT based on external and internal sales data, competitors' activities evaluation;

• Ad hoc requests for activation mechanic and new product launches analysis;

• Involvement in Shopping Marketing Sales Strategy preparation for MT/TT channels (incl. OM);

• Involvement into Shopper Marketing Researches brief preparation and data analysis;

• Cross-functional cooperation in terms of Shopper Marketing projects with Marketing, Consumer Insights, Sales IT function & other departments.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic about coffee;

• Higher education, preferably in IT or Economics;

• 2+ years of analytical experience;

• Good communication and organization skills;

• Decency/Discipline and Responsibility;

• Computer literacy (Experienced user of MS Office and advanced user of MS Excel);

• Intermediate English
