For our future production plant in Velyka Soltanivka, Ukraine we are looking for you as Production Manager (all genders). Your training will take place in Germany, mainly in Schwandorf.
Your most important tasks:
- Until the commissioning of the plant, you will become the Lead Project Manager.
- Management of the production of perspectively EUR 100 million turnover.
- Capacity planning, materials planning, ensuring machine availability, planning and coordination of maintenance work, building management, compliance with legal regulations.
- Ensuring the planned production quantity in terms of quality and deadline as well as planning and adherence to the budget and the work safety.
- Leadership to and development of managers and employees.
Your ideal qualifications:
- Several years of professional experience with management responsibility in production / machinery ideally agricultural machinery technology.
- At least fluent in English, ideally very good knowledge of German.
- Independent and goal-oriented way of working as well as entrepreneurial mindset.
- Communicative, modern and cooperative management style.
- Hands-on mentality, diplomacy and healthy assertiveness and a high level of commitment.
- Several years of technical training, studies or something comparable in the fileds of mechanical engineering, industrial engineering etc.

Fur unser zukunftiges Produktionswerk in Velyka Soltanivka, Ukraine suchen wir ab sofort dich als Produktionsleitung (m/w/d). Deine Einarbeitung wird in Deutschland, vorwiegend in Schwandorf stattfinden.
Deine wichtigsten Aufgaben
- Bis zur Inbetriebnahme des Werkes, die Projektleitung des Werksaufbaus.
- Ergebnisverantwortliche Leitung der Produktion von perspektivisch 100 Mio EUR Umsatz.
- Kapazitatsplanung, Materialdisposition, Gewahrleistung der Maschinenverfugbarkeit, Planung und Koordination der Instandhaltungsarbeiten, Gebaudemanagement, Einhaltung der gesetzlichen Vorschriften.
- Sicherstellung der geplanten Produktionsmenge in Bezug auf Quantitat, Qualitat, Termin sowie Planung und Einhaltung des Budgets sowie der Arbeitssicherheit.
- Fuhrung und gezielte Weiterentwicklung der Fuhrungskrafte und Mitarbeiter.
Deine idealen Voraussetzungen
- Mehrjahrige Berufserfahrung mit Fuhrungsverantwortung in der Produktion / Maschinen idealerweise Landmaschinentechnik.
- Mindestens flie?end Englisch, idealerweise sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse.
- Selbstandige und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie betriebswirtschaftliches Denken und Handeln.
- Kommunikativer, moderner und kooperativer Fuhrungsstil.
- Hands-on-Mentalitat, Diplomatie und gesundes Durchsetzungsvermogen und eine hohe Einsatzbereitschaft.
- Mehrjahrige technische Ausbildung, Studium oder Vergleichbares (Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen etc).
- Professioneller Umgang mit relevanten IT-Anwendungen (insbesondere MS-Office, ERP-Systeme).
