Customer Service Specialist

We are looking for a Customer Support Specialist (night shift) who is a great in communications and is willing to develop their IT career in Hosting and Domain names registration field. 

Requirements: 
Available to work night shift (7pm to 3am UA time); 
Excellent spoken and written English; 
Being polite, patient and understanding; 
Experience with Linux and Windows OS; 
Networking understanding: TCP \ IP, DNS, Routing; 
Being familiar with Domain Registration, Hosting Services and Mail operations; 
Basic knowledge of Databases operations My SQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB or any other; 
Basic troubleshooting skills; and 
Being familiar with content management applications WordPress, Joomla, Drupal etc . 

Would be an advantage:
Experience with WHM / cPanel, Plesk; 
Experience in one or more programming languages relevant to scripting, automation, and general tooling: Python, Bash, PowerShell, PHP, Go; 
Knowledge of virtualization Xen, VMware, KVM; 
Experience with servers environment, knowledge of LAMP stack; and 
Having customer support experience or technical support experience. 

Responsibilities: 
The provision of technical support to customers around the world, including: 
Phone support incoming line; 
Live Chat communications; 
Responding to customers via Email / Ticket System; 
Assistance in product selection sales; 
Installation and configuration of the products and services of the company; and
Keeping the Department documentation up to date.
