Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the recruitment plan for Quality Control department positions; provide update on the recruitment pipeline
• Attract applicants by placing job advertisements; using job portals
• Close collaboration with the local Universities to attract the potential candidates
• Drive full recruitment process for Quality Control positions (CV screening, tests, phone interview, HR interviews)
• Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with managers; interviewing applicants on consistent set of qualifications
• Provide and receive necessary feedback to the candidates and the managers
• Provide analytics of the recruitment process to HRM
• Support the HR Team in various projects
• Participate in HR initiatives and events

Qualifications

Requirements:

• University degree (human resources, philology, business administration)
• Good knowledge and understanding of mass recruitment process;
• Good command of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook);
• Upper-Intermediate / Advanced English;
• Experience in IT industry would be a plus

Personal qualities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and spoken;
• Flexibility, fast adaptation to changes
• Demonstrated capability to learn and adopt quickly with minimum supervision
• Strong in organization and structure working skills
• Ability to plan, multitask and manage the time effectively, work in limited deadlines
