Personal Assistant

INTERPIPE COMPANY is currently searching for the

Personal Assistant

Areas of responsibility:

• Organising and maintaining diaries and making appointments;
• Arranging travel, visas and accommodation;
• Dealing with incoming email, screening phone calls, enquiries and requests, and handling them when appropriate,
• Organising and attending meetings and ensuring the manager is well prepared for meetings;
• Liaising with clients, suppliers and other staff.

Main requirements:

• Proven work experience as a Personal Assistant;
• At least Upper-Intermediate English level;
• Proficient with Microsoft Office;
• Higher education;
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills (both English and Russian);
• Good organisational and time management skills.
