SAP LE-WM and Transportation Project Manager

Nestle Ukraine, worldwide leader in Food and Beverage industry, successfully working and developing in Ukraine, is announcing an opening of SAP LE-WM and Transportation Project Manager (SAP Materials Handling and Transportation Project Manager) position in Kyiv.

Main Responsibilities:

Projects:

• Leading technical and process projects in the area of SAP Warehouse Management & Transportation, other functional systems:
• Performing the full scope of project management activities: managing scope, time, cost, resources, risks, quality, communication and integration during Project Life Cycle;
• Developing, testing and accepting new functionality in SAP and other functional systems;
• Building efficient, open and regular communication with business stakeholders, business users, and other functional areas.

Sustain:

• Supporting end users in their daily activities through analysis and resolution of user requests; prioritizing them according to severity of impact;
• Preparing system configuration, testing system changes;
• Monitoring operation of technical components (batch jobs, interfaces, etc.);
• Defining or using existing system health check procedures, training responsible people in business, and controlling execution;
• Initiating and implementing business process best practices in order to constantly improve business efficiency;
• Supporting end users in issue resolution.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Knowledge and 2+ years experience with SAP LE-WM, SAP Transportation modules implementation and support;
• Knowledge of SAP ERP and SAP S/4HANA architecture;
• Experience in both SAP solution implementation and end user support activities;
• Project Management skills, ability to coordinate activities involving people across different teams in order to achieve results in the given timelines;
• Good analytical and presentation skills;
• High level of initiative, responsibility and service orientation;
• Knowledge of English: Intermediate+ (both oral and written).
