T&E Accountant

Full-time on site or remote

You are: 

• Person with university degree (in the field of International relations, Economics or Finance would be an advantage) 
• Skilled in MS Office, particularly in MS Excel
• Experienced in work with Power BI, data visualisation and automation skills wiil be an advantage
• Strong in analytics, organizational tasks, communication and time management
• Confident in English on at least Upper Intermediate level (B2-C1) 

With you we will: 

• Coordinate and communicate with stakeholders, partners and third parties solutions providers from all over the globe (Citi Bank, SAP, Concur etc.)
• Perform accounting and reconciliation related to corporate cards expenses and cash advance reports
• Prepare monthly financial reporting for Nestle Group
• Analyze big data volumes in Power BI, benchmark and prepare КРІs (Key Performance Indicators) 
• Take part and initiate projects for improvement of existing processes using problem-solving methodologies (Scrum, Agile, Lean, White & Green Belt DMAIC etc.); contribute to global standardization and automation projects.
