Nestle Ukraine is announcing an opening for the Recruitment Specialist in Kharkiv.

Main responsibilities:

• Run strategic recruitment meetings with line managers and their teams to diagnose the hiring need, shape up the right profile and agree on the recruitment process ;
• Conduct behavioral interviews following competencies methodology or similar and ensuring minimum competencies requirements are fulfilled by candidates to be evaluated by hiring managers;
• Execute and administer assessment tests to final candidates and assist candidates through the assessment process;
• Act as ongoing candidate relationship manager by interacting with and influencing employment decision of prospects and candidates;
• Work with source to establish correct pipeline and to ensure understanding of job and availability of the profile;
• Train Hiring Manager on best practice assessment, recruiting process, and selection tools;
• Conduct Consensus meetings with the hiring team on candidate selection.

Main Requirements:

• University Degree;
• Experience in-house recruitment or with a Recruiting agency;
• Good knowledge of recruiting assessment tools and tests;
• Good knowledge of internal/external networking channels relevant to the job;
• Advanced user of MS Office applications;
• Communication and leadership skills;
• Knowledge of English (Upper-Intermediate: spoken & written).
