Duties:

• Provides administrative and/or process support for contract administration, customer service, and order history.
• Acts as an extension of the Team Leader and Business Development Managers by assisting in sales development, sales material creation.
• Records and forwards contracts for Team Leader, prepare presentations, works in 1C and Jira task manager
• Leads the process of the shipments the goods to the customers by cooperation with logistic and production departments
• Provides support to Team Leader team in their function to develop new and expand existing customers relationships as needed.
• Responds to client requests.
• Develops strong relationships in supporting clients while maintaining quality customer service.
• Develops a high level of knowledge of all client facing systems.

Qualifications:

• University Degree
• English level: upper intermediate
• Customer Care/Support
• Operational work
• Good customer service and relations, decision making and problem-solving skills
• Good analytical ability
• Good attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work under the pressure
• Working knowledge of computer software, including Microsoft Office products
