• Products demo samples management
• Competitors' In-Store activities analysis
• Promo POSM - design preparation, q-ty calculation
• Permanent POSM - designs development, adaptation, qty calculation
• Product catalogues - designs development, adaptation, qty calculation
• Production. Agency brief(or external bidding), cost evaluation, production, delivery, placement, reporting, troubles fixing
• POSM placement In-store audit
• POSM management(coverage, stock)
• POSM placement guides for Field Force creation, regular update
• POSM warehouse stock management
• Knox approval
• My Finance payments
• SAP
• BQMS
• ECMS
• Payments
• Master data management
• In-store audit
• Reporting to MS team

Control of timely and proper Field Force reporting, reports analysis

KPI's:

• Timely document closing
• Timely POSM guide update
• Timely POSM production and distribution
