Business controller

Our client, a big international agri company, opens a competition for a vacancy of Business controller

Responsibilities:

Administer business development processes ("agro programs") and ensure their effectiveness

Analyze prices and COGS to support sales growth and improve/protect profitability

Stay in close contact with commercial teams and become their financial partner

Deliver agreed analytical reports

Control budget limits

Oversight internal controls, identify risks and ensure compliance with Group's requirements

Standardize and improve the business controlling process (create manuals, instructions and FAQs to ease the role's performance cross-functionally, participate in automatization project)

Participate in business processes automatization

Validate financial information quality retrieved from systems

Other ad hoc requests

Requirements:

Showing extensive finance or accounting experience (min 4 years of relevant experience)

Experience in reporting/financial systems

Being proficient in Microsoft Office applications and advanced user of Excel

Have a natural interest in the business, the products, the customers, and the way everything comes together

Ability to live and act in a climate of change by identifying opportunities and anticipate changes

Active, externally focused and future oriented

Strong communication and analytical skills
