Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of Head of Store management.
Process & workflow innovation
- Analysis of external & Internal aspects influencing to store business development, using all kind of reports and source to monitor markets situation, retail channels, and user behaviour, regulation, competitors analysis for business strategy development
- Making quick decisions for reaction on market circumstances changes & make a business decision about further business development and countermeasure
Retail management
- Implementation of marketing plans, KPI performance on yearly, quarterly, monthly basis
- Developing of yearly retail improvement via renovation & expansion plan
- Developing effective and clear business processes, MBO evaluation, establishing of internal reporting and communication system
- Day by day communication with partners to discuss all channel issues, negotiating special conditions, common in-store improvement, handling strategic meetings with customers, deliver company goals, strategy, etc.
- Developing a strategy for each Partner, setting up an individual goals and KPI's
Control & reporting
- SES KPI's
- Budget control
- Keeping reporting and administration requirements according to company policy
Requirements:
Higher education
2+ years experience in consumer electronics field (preferably in positions: Regional director, Store director, Marketing head, Category manager etc)
Excel - experienced user
English - upper-intermediate.
Hard working, strong analytical and managerial skills.
