Spare Parts Manager

Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of Spare Parts Manager

WH control

• Regular checking for 3PL WH operation (GR, pick/pack, GI), location management, stock inventory
• WH equipment managment
• WH expendable materials managment
• Stock health management (scrap non move and defective parts)
• WH and 3PL rental contract maintenance, landlord and 3PL partner communication
• WH security management, preventive actions to avoid security issues

Order desk and Spare parts planer control

• Daily managment SO, PO, claims. Solving current issue
• Report urgent issues in area of responsibility
• Management BO, ISR , PSM
• Special control for VIP and fast move parts, to prevent product return

Forwarder and delivery control

• Management outbound forwarders
• Communication and cooperation with Import/export logistic PIC in area of responsibility (SVC parts)
• Report In\Outbound issues, prevent company losses in spare parts delivery

Other Activity

• KPIs management and reporting, including proposals for improvement
• Process innovation proposals in area of responsibility

Requirements:

Higher Education

3-5 years in related areas to service or logistics

Advanced PC user (SAP, Excel)

English: Upper-Intermediate
