Our client American multinational pharmaceutical corporation opens a competition for a vacancy of

 

Procurement & Fleet Specialist

 

Role summary:

Senior Procurement & Fleet Specialist is responsible to ensure the proper implementation of Pfizer Procurement and Fleet Policies in the Ukrainian market

 

Role responsibilities:

1 Daily support of P2P processes

Ariba superuser - key contact for employees, provides trainings and guidance

Approve all POs and requests for pre-payment (departmental approver role)

Reporting in Ariba system - weekly reports and month close reports with communication to Users

2 Own Local P2P and Fleet processes and instructions, continuous work on simplification and procedures and alignment with Global Policies (Fleet, P2P)

3 Lead the changes in Fleet management in line with new framework

4 Business owner for One Pfizer contracts covering all divisions and control partnership with main vendors

Business travel

Print and design services

Promotional placement of information in magazines

Translation services

English classes

Facilities services (taxi, couriers, stationary etc.)

Mobile services

5 Car Fleet management - 100 cars in lease

new car lease ordering (closely cooperate with Global fleet, Global PROC, Comp&Ben)

mileage management, car lease prolongation/cancelation

key contact person for ALD automotive and for colleagues

Work on standardisation of fleet support together with FD/Global team

6 Contract & Vendor management

Approve Contract Forms below $10K

Contract registration in local contract base and archiving of contracts&vendor documents

Approve Vendor application forms (vendor documents check)

Submit vendor requests in Ariba

7 Manage ARIBA and P2P related projects - modifications, applications set up, upgrade of Ariba system and P2P process update

8 Sale of old company equipment to employees

 

Qualifications, skills, expirance:

High education degree required

Strong skills in MS office, ERP experience and supporting of system enhancements is beneficial

Minimum three years' experience working in procurement or similar environments (Pharma/FMCG multinationals)

Intermediate level of English

Good communication skills both oral and written

High developed negotiation skills and management of difficult conversations

Motivated and ambitious, ready to work hard

Strong organizational skills

Candidate should have a collaborative approach and must be a good listener

 

Organizational relationships:

Report to Finance manager

Closely cooperate with Global Procurement and Global Fleet functions
