Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of GA&GP Specialist.

 

General Affairs:

  • Support in ensuring of successful office functioning;
  • Monitoring of quality of Cleaning services;
  • Purchasing of different goods for office;
  • Processing payments to some vendors;
  • Creating GERP and GBTS vouchers;
  • Support for Work Permits and TRP processing for foreign employees;
  • Visa support for employees and guests of the Company;
  • Processing contract/addendum signing.

 

General Procurement:

  • Conduction of bidding processes for selection of the best vendors and service providers:
  • Negotiation of the contract terms;
  • Cost saving initiatives in GA purchasing process;
  • New vendors registration and contract signing;
  • Suppliers and agencies monitoring & market information analysis.

 

Requirements:

Academic and professional qualifications:

University degree

 

Experience:

3-5 years of experience in the Field of Office Administration

 

Languages:

Ukrainian - native

Russian - native

English - Intermediate / Upper Intermediate

 

Skills & Competencies:

Able to network effectively

Willingness to develop and grow professionally

Ability to work independently

Highly pro-active and reliable

Excellent communication skills

Drive for results.
