Our client, one of the world leaders in the manufacture of electronics and home appliances, opens a competition for a vacancy of GA&GP Specialist.
General Affairs:
- Support in ensuring of successful office functioning;
- Monitoring of quality of Cleaning services;
- Purchasing of different goods for office;
- Processing payments to some vendors;
- Creating GERP and GBTS vouchers;
- Support for Work Permits and TRP processing for foreign employees;
- Visa support for employees and guests of the Company;
- Processing contract/addendum signing.
General Procurement:
- Conduction of bidding processes for selection of the best vendors and service providers:
- Negotiation of the contract terms;
- Cost saving initiatives in GA purchasing process;
- New vendors registration and contract signing;
- Suppliers and agencies monitoring & market information analysis.
Requirements:
Academic and professional qualifications:
University degree
Experience:
3-5 years of experience in the Field of Office Administration
Languages:
Ukrainian - native
Russian - native
English - Intermediate / Upper Intermediate
Skills & Competencies:
Able to network effectively
Willingness to develop and grow professionally
Ability to work independently
Highly pro-active and reliable
Excellent communication skills
