What do we expect from a candidate? 

• You are eager to plan and develop the process of hiring new specialists for our platform (acquisition, onboarding, tracking) from certain countries
• Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Adwords, Facebook Manager (other analytics and tracking systems are welcomed);
• You are a T-shaped marketer with good analytical skills;
• Project management skills - be able to plan, prioritize and control tasks to be executed on time
• Great at getting things done - so you have a proven track record of success at your previous workplace; 
• Great communication skills - you can easily work closely with a lot of departments;
  You are good at project management and can juggle multiple tasks at once;

You will be responsible for:

• Acquisition of new experts to our platform and their performance (Google ads, SMM, SEO, etc)
• Scheduling tasks, building processes, monitoring execution
• Maintenance and improvements of the website https://www.academia-research.com
• Working closely with the paid marketing team/product team/QAD team/CRM team to reach the company’s goals
• Reporting on the number of active recruited specialists and the percentage of the plan
