Account Manager

With product team expansion we are looking for an experienced Account Manager 

Requirements:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• English is a must (at least C1 level)
• Solid experience with CRM software
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager, or relevant role
• Strong organizational and task-management skills
• Excellent listening and negotiation abilities
• Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholder

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with account holders (native English speakers)
• Assigning orders and distributing the workload among freelancers
• Operating as the lead point of contact for any and all matters specific to your accounts
• Assisting with challenging account holder requests or issue escalations as needed
• Channeling the resources towards goal completion
