The international architectural design team opens a vacancy for an Assistant to Project Manager with office administrator functions.
This position suits a junior specialist with 2-3 years of experience.
The employer is the USA architectural studio, focusing on residential planning and design for new construction, and remodels; it has 2 offices - in the USA (California) and Kyiv.
Assistant will work directly with RM and CEO of Ukrainian office and United States office.
Responsibilities as Assistant to Project Manager:
- Correspondence and calls between US and UA offices, clients, and subcontractors
- Organizing and coordinating meetings and appointments as necessary
- Preparing reports for management regarding the status of the project
- Reminding the manager of important tasks and deadlines if needed
Responsibilities as office administrator:
- Purchase of necessary office products and materials
- Controlling maintaining office equipment
- Helping organize and maintain office common areas, maintaining cleanliness and comfort
- Dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Liaising with staff and suppliers
Requirements:
- English level – advanced, Ukrainian and Russian – fluently
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work well under limited supervision.
- Professional experience as an assistant, office manager, secretary, administrator, or relevant position up to 3 years
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Company offers:
- Official employment in accordance with Ukrainian law
- Working place: office near Pochaina metro station and remotely
- Work schedule - flexible (for coordination both - Ukrainian and US offices). From 2-3 PM to 6-7 PM - in the office, up to 12 remotely online, negotiating and corresponding with US part.
