Lazarev. - is a product design agency. We help startups in the early-stage by making usable and aesthetically orgasmic sites, mobile applications, and interfaces for our customers from Europe, the United States, Ukraine, and other countries.

We are looking for an accomplished Lead UX Designer who has a proven track record of working with complex interface projects (ERP, CRM-like, and others) and is willing to guide our UX team in the land of behavioral patterns, interactions, and user empathy.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years of experience working as a UX Designer
• solid knowledge of user research frameworks and principles
• empathy towards users and ability to understand their motives clearly
• A/B and hypothesis testing experience, ability to convert collected analytics into comprehensive solutions
• awareness of UX peculiarities for different platforms - web, mobile and native
• self-starter attitude with excitement to work in a fast-paced and low-ego environment
• ability to articulate design decisions & problems being solved
• experience conducting UX workshops with clients (will be a plus)
• team management experience (will be a plus)
• good written and verbal English skills - nothing to worry about if you've read this far :)
• and, most importantly, being a highly creative and passionate team player.

What you'll do:

• manage a team of UX designers
• mentor members of the team, supervising projects and providing feedback for the work done to enhance the final team's output
• overlook UX-design part of all the projects in the agency
• manage researches, collect analytics and conduct interviews
• construct user flows and outline user personas
• build wireframes and clickable prototypes to showcase your ideas
