Requirements:

• English - speaking-writing-reading - Upper Intermediate+;
• German - speaking-writing-reading - Upper Intermediate+;
• Ability to learn fast;
• Customer care experience (would be a plus);
• The right attitude, accurate, hard-working, attentive to details, and self-organized person;
• Readiness for business trips.

Responsibilities:

• chat support to the customers;
• Managing customer queries, comments, or complaints;
• Managing CRM;
• Reporting to a Client;
• Other project support work.
