Planning & Reporting Specialist (WFM)

We empower businesses all over the world through providing remote assistants and outsourced teams specialized in data collection and processing, customer support, agile sales and marketing support, and a lot more.

Now we are looking for Planning & Reporting Specialist.

You will be responsible for:

Support department managers by providing data and explanations;
High level planning, schedule development;
Forecasts development, WFM;
Lead the development and improvement of processes for forecasting, planning, tracking, analysis and reporting;
Develop KPIs, spreadsheets, and reports for analytical purposes
Provides assistance with ad hoc requests for reports or analysis
Creating report and analytics for the Client

Requirements:

English B1+
Complete understanding of overall operational activities
Must have a good working knowledge of Excel and have the ability to organize/analyze data in a structured manner;
Excellent interpersonal, written, verbal, and listening skills;
Absolute team player who consistently demonstrates respect, inclusion, and an open mind;
Analytical mind, ability to learning fast, adaptable, and able to meet multiple deadlines while providing a high-quality product;
Must be comfortable working independently and within a group and must also be self-motivated and have initiative.
