We are looking for Client Success Manager to develop customer relationships that ensure loyalty and retention. The job is to work closely with customers, keep them satisfied with the services they receive and to improve upon areas of dissatisfaction.

Requirements:

• English B2
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in technical support would be a plus
• Ability to learn new software fast
• Passion for service

Responsibilities:

• Run product demonstrations for customers
• Improve onboarding processes
• Handle and resolve customer requests and complaints
• Constantly interact with the customers and improve their experience
