Business Analyst

Growing 4 years old IT-outsource company is looking for Business Analyst.

Qualifications:

• 2 and more years of experience as Business analyst or a similar IT role;

• Understanding of Quality Assurance, Project Management and SDLC methodology (e.g. Waterfall, Agile) principles UX & UAT;

• Experience in writing user stories, use cases, requirements specification documentation;

• Experience in maintaining communication between business and the team;

• Experienced with using business analysis techniques;

• Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills;

• Basic knowledge of technologies/programming languages/frameworks;

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment;

• English - upper intermediate (verbal and written);

• Experience in working with US, UK, European customers.

   

Responsibilities:

• Management, testing and writing requirements (functional and nonfunctional) to a testable level;

• Modeling of system and data on logical level, user interface design, prototyping, data flows;

• Conducting demo, user training sessions or other knowledge transfer activities;

• Analyzing functional requirements and helping to develop a consistent solution scope;

• Identifying and analyzing stakeholders' roles and attitudes;

• Act as Product Owner.

   

Would be a Plus:

• Experience as a product owner/proxy product owner;

• Knowledge of BABOK;

• Understanding of project delivery methodologies (e.g SCRUM);

• Experience in working with BPMN, UML, etc.
