Our company is a service provider of Embedded Linux and IoT solutions with a modern office in the historical center of Kyiv and friendly family atmosphere. More than 5 years we helped businesses to drive digital transformation across the full product cycle and deliver sustainable innovations to the market.
Now we are looking for a full time Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our HR department and oversee our full-cycle recruiting.
Responsibility:
— sourcing candidates through various channels,
— writing and posting vacancies on job boards
— pre-screening interviews (soft skills and level of experience)
— selection candidates for tech interview
Requirements:
— At least 2+ years of technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT roles;
— Strong interviewing skills and familiarity with various interview techniques (like competency-based interviews);
— Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS), recruiting software and candidate databases;
— Excellent knowledge of expertise area (market status, trends, best practices);
— Business acumen
— Effective negotiation, influencing and communication skills;
— English Intermediate at least
Be a plus:
—Experience in embedded vacancies;
