Junior Help Desk Specialist

Betinvest LTD is an international betting and gaming solutions provider with 20 years of industry experience. We are incorporated in the United Kingdom and currently serve clients across four continents - Europe, Asia, Africa and North America.

You will:

- Operate and maintain PCs and peripherals;

- Support customers via phone, email, ticket system etc.;

- Troubleshooting customers issues and problems;

- Maintain, support and improve the local network environment and backup system.

Skills to shine:

- 1+ y.e. as a System Administrator or Technical Support Specialist;

- Good troubleshooting experience;

- Windows/Linux/MacOS administration experience;

- Experience with iOS and Android;

- Experience with passive and active network equipment.

Is a plus:

- Understanding of virtualization systems (VMware) and backup;

- Experience in configuration of network equipment from different manufacturers, such as Cisco, HP.
