Planning coordinator

Our partners - Expert Petroleum (XP) is an oilfield service company looking for Production Surface Facilities Engineer

As Planning coordinator, you will be based in Strii office, you will manage, advise and review the work of the planners team, communicate with internal beneficiary departments and consultants. You will interact with all departments of the Company and provide pre agreed and ad hoc reports to headquarter and other departments of the company. 

A person with very good communication and computer (MS Excel especially) skills. Must be results oriented, and demonstrate a "can-do"attitude - adaptability, flexibility and resourcefulness. Identifying issues and efficient solutions. Have a keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

Main responsibilities under his/ her coordination:

• Collect the Purchase Requests form all the operational departments and input them into SAP
• Collect the needs for stock consumption and prepare materials reservations into SAP
• Maintain updated the list of equipment with the Company
• Planning of the Maintenance and Transportation (Logistic) jobs into Plant Maintenance module of SAP, estimate effort and costs for them, follow them up, analysis of the actual costs versus estimations for these
• Maintain planned maintenance schedules for equipment
• Record the acceptance of the services into SAP.  
• Plant Maintenance related reports

The candidate should have:

• Abilities to communicate effectively in English both written and oral.
• Good computer skills
• SAP knowledge would be a plus.
• University degree.
• Excellent numerical and analytical skills
• Problem solving attitude
• Proven ability to work under pressure
• Ability to work with key stakeholders and external partners/advisors through collaboration and teamwork
• People coordination skills
