Senior Customer Service Specialist ( + knowledge of SAP)

Danfoss is looking for a Senior Customer Service Representative to support Danfoss from our office in Kyiv, who will perform all orders handling related tasks proactively and with high quality, answer over the phone and log the enquiries and manage Danfoss ticketing system.

Job responsibilities:

• registering and maintaining sales orders in SAP (including e-orders), assuring proper sales prices/discounts with close cooperation with Sales Employees, coordinating deliveries, following up on delayed deliveries and blocked orders;
• making sure that deliveries are invoiced in a proper and timely manner;
• clarifying and registering complaints (price, quantity, delivery);
• creating and maintaining proper master data in SAP and Salesforce;
• supporting colleagues in the team, providing professional back-ups, sharing information and know-how;
• building and promoting a positive customer service image.

Requirements:

• university degree from the economy, logistics, or engineering;
• 1-3 years experience in a similar position preferably in an industrial environment;
• advanced knowledge of MS tools - Excel, Word, PPT;
• advanced knowledge of SAP
• English language at upper-intermediate level;
• detail and customer orientated personality;
• problem solver attitude;
• professional experience in international companies.
