Financial Analyst

Our client, VFS Global, is looking for a Financial Analyst to join its team.

VFS Global is the world's largest outsourcing and technology services specialist for governments and diplomatic missions worldwide. The company manages the administrative and non-judgmental tasks related to visa, passport, identity management and other citizen services for its client governments.

Responsibilities:

• weekly/fortnightly/monthly reporting to Finance Manager;
• tracking aging of the receivables and payables;
• preparation P&L /Cash flow;
• working with Banks;
• preparing incentive plans, review performance;
• working with primary documents;
• tax calendar checking;
• making vendor payments and following collections;
• reconciliation between SAP and local books;
• will work closely on 1C and SAP integrator, Bit Finance;
• implementation and performing of basic internal control procedures;
• tracking the validity of the agreements of the company with 3rd parties;
• supporting for the budget practises for new projects.

Requirements:

• University Degree in business administration or adequate professional experience focusing on Finance/Accounting;
• 2+ years total professional experience in related fields
• Expert Knowledge of MS Office applications especially in MS Excel;
• Accounting knowledge is a must;
• Proven skills in SAP;
• Audit background is an asset;
• At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.
