Junior Social Media Analyst with knowledge of German/Spanish

Main responsibilities: 

• Analyze online data that is relevant to Brands/Nestle based on sentiment, product category, marketing activities (Product experience, Packaging, Customer Relations management);
• Prepare reports using data analytics;
• Monitor and analyze online contents regarding Nestle brand and its products in the Social Media (Facebook, Twitter, blogs, websites etc.) and prepare reports using web analytics application;
• Monitor online coverage of issues involving Nestle with a crisis potential;
• Working with high-volume, multi-platform, complex tasks.

To be successful in this position you have to possess the following skills:

• Proficiency in English;
• German/Spanish(B2+);
• Analytical skills;
• Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel;
• Previous experience carrying out research or any data analysis (preferred).
