Social Media Engagement Specialist (!)

Well-known, international company is opening a new position in one of our departments.

We need a talented, enthusiastic person, ready to reveal new horizons and fulfill set duties with the highest level of responsibility.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitoring social channels for social consumer care
• Analysis incoming messages/posts/tweets
• Ensuring relevant consumer messages/posts/tweets are replied to
• Reporting on social channels performance
• Maintaining social content calendar; publishing content on social channels

Key requirements:

• Advanced/Fluent English - minimum C1 strong (listening comprehension, oral and written language proficiency) with the ability to decipher nuances in tone and slang
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint and Excel)
• Journalistic, PR, Marketing or SMM background (preferred)
• Photoshop (preferred)
• Knowledge of additional foreign language will be a plus
