Social Media Listening Specialist with the knowledge of Portuguese (!)

Swiss international food and drink company is seeking for candidate to join it's team in NBS (Lviv). We are looking for specialists who are ready to work in a dynamic, developing team and master their skills and competence.

Main responsibilities:

• Analyzing user generated conversations surrounding the brand.
• Identifying situations that could threaten the brand's social media presence and reputation.
• Tracking quantitative metrics and conversations development.
• Creating insightful reports based on qualitative and quantitative data.

To be successful in this position you have to possess the following skills:

• English +Portuguese - minimum B2 strong; preferred C1, C2
• Analytical skills
• Advanced Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel
• Previous experience carrying out research or any data analysis (preferred)
