We are announcing the opening of the new position at (NBS) Lviv - Helpdesk Specialist
Main responsibilities:
- IT support of Users
- Service Desk operations (coordination of system roles, system access)
- Hardware: computer and office equipment installation, support, repairing, inventory management
- Assistance in the implementation and maintenance of systems according to corporate standards, working place
- Control of IT safety and security rules execution
- Keeping updated the ISIT system documentation
We expect from you:
- Relevant experience
- University degree in IS/IT, additional certification will be a plus
- Good level of English
- Good communication, analytical & presentation skills
- Ability to work in a team
- Punctuality, responsibility
