We are announcing the opening of the new position at (NBS) Lviv - Helpdesk Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• IT support of Users
• Service Desk operations (coordination of system roles, system access)
• Hardware: computer and office equipment installation, support, repairing, inventory management
• Assistance in the implementation and maintenance of systems according to corporate standards, working place
• Control of IT safety and security rules execution
• Keeping updated the ISIT system documentation

We expect from you:

• Relevant experience
• University degree in IS/IT, additional certification will be a plus
• Good level of English
• Good communication, analytical & presentation skills
• Ability to work in a team
• Punctuality, responsibility
