Recruiting company WORLD STAFF ® seeks Talent Acquisition Manager 

Our client is fintekh company

Main requirements:

5+ years in HR recruitment role

Advanced level of spoken and written English

Strong expertise of international and global search

Experience in commercial roles search like key account, head of representative office etc

Work experience at multinational recruiting, finance, audit companies etc. to be a plus

Work experience in multinational environment with foreign management to be a plus

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Stress resistance

Excellent organization and planning skills with a high level of attention to detail

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

Ability to handle multitasking efficiently

Main responsibilities are (directly reporting to the HRD):

Commercial positions filling globally in different countries and continents

Identify the most simple effective and fast ways of personnel search in every new country

Periodic reports as for process search result

Research, online interviewing, negotiatiion

Full responsibility for all stages of recruitment process starting from initial research to negotiation with final candidates
