For our client, national retail chain we are looking for talented and motivated Personal Assistant to Owner.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact: dealing with correspondence and phone calls
- Managing diaries and meetings organization and appointments
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation
- Conducting negotiation and conclusion of contracts with partners
- Written and oral translation during visits of consultants or partners
- Execution of personal instructions of the Owner
Requirements
- Good command of English - Advanced level (both written and spoken), experience in communication with English speaking people is must. Also, intermediate Chinese (written and spoken). Ukrainian and Russian - native.
- Experience in negotiations, presentations and business correspondence (welcome knowledge of international standards of business correspondence).
- Experience in writing texts, preparation of project documents and presentations in Power Point. Experience in international projects will be a preference.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, knowledge of business etiquette
- High level of organizational skills, self-organized.
- Higher education.
- Look business appearance
- 1+ years experience as Personal Assistant
- Full-time work.
