Marketing specialist

EKOL LOGISTICS - International Logistics Company 3PL provider, located in Ukraine, which provides best-in-class international freight, domestic distribution, customs, and supply chain management services in different countries, invites you to join team in role of Marketing specialist

Responsibilities:

•        Drive digital marketing projects from planning to delivery, fulfilling Client engagement while ensuring that projects meet business objectives;
• ·       Engage audiences through the creation and execution of digital content and social engagement via digital platforms;
• ·       Ensure that all digital content is on-brand, matching in style and quality;
• ·       Collaborate with agencies and vendor partners;
• ·       Conduct analytics to assess current performance, uncover and quantify opportunities for digital experience improvement, and raise audience involvement;
• ·       Generate ideas and execute campaigns that will drive the constant growth of audience in digital platform;
• ·       Organise participation in offline events for Company brand promotion;
• ·       Identify Internal brand ambassadors and coordinate their activities in offline events;
• ·       Track the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

 Requirements:

• ·       2+ years of experience in digital marketing in a business-to-business segment;
• ·       Good working knowledge of analytics platforms such as Google Analytics and Excel/Google sheets;
• ·       Expertise in ad platforms including Google Ads, LinkedIn and Facebook;
• ·       Able to work independently on own initiative;
• ·       Entrepreneurial, out-of-box thinker, detail-oriented, and  self – motivated who constantly striving to improve skills and look for ways to add value to the team;
• ·       Strong written and verbal communication skills;
• ·       A capacity for efficient cooperation and collaboration;
• ·       Upper-intermediate level of English skills in writing and speaking. Proficiency in Ukrainian.
