The American IT company VARTEQ with offices in Ukraine (Kyiv) is looking for a recruiter.
We are looking for people who will become part of our team and will conduct effective interviews.

This job might be a good fit for you if you have:

• 0.5 + years of work experience as an recruiter
• Excellent performance and introspection
• Knowledge of psychology’s basics, ability to understand people, high level of empathy
• Stress resistance
• Openness, friendliness, excellent communication skills
• Planning skills

What you'll do:

• Search for the candidates
• Conduct an initial interview and testing
• Provide a process of employees’ support and control during a trial period
• Create a cozy atmosphere in the team
