We are looking for a responsible manager with great organizational skills, capable of handling high-level stress, faced paced solution maker with an outstanding personality and character that wants to grow with us and take over our divisions to grow to one of the strongest and most reliable sales teams worldwide. Responsibilities will include:

  • Support and drive the bid process
  • Review of any current bids on websites
  • To manage the bid qualification (bid-go / no-go) process for new opportunities
  • Risk tracking and management throughout the bid process
  • Ensuring that the most appropriate and relevant solutions for each bid are effectively pulled
  • together from all parts of the business
  • Contributing to the written proposal - both in terms of content and presentation (such as preparation of a management summary)
  • Manage the bid budget
  • Hands-on management of key strategic accounts
  • Monitor, record, analyze, report on sales activates and results
  • New client outreach, business development, lead generation,
  • Develop an effective understanding of the capability, benefits and competitive advantages of our solutions and products
  • Identify prospective customers and individual organizations to focus on sales activities
  • Develop new client relationships via cold calling, the Internet, and trade shows

In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop and close sales opportunities

  • Provide customer support and manage client expectations in liaison with the Production Team
  • Manage and control pricing and contractual issues by developing a thorough understanding of company procedures
  • Take an active role in learning about each client's industry, business needs, and company culture to identify new business opportunities and provide a high level of service
  • Perform other special projects or duties when required



  • Proven track record of achieving ambitious sales goals
  • Proven track record of successfully selling services to leading
  • Proven prospecting success and ability to manage client expectations
  • High hourly output ( bids / per hour)
  • Fluent in English
  • Fast internet connection
  • Be always online (during the working day) and respond quickly to letters
  • Good communication skills
