CRH Ukraine announces the search of Internal Communications Specialist

Who will be responcible for:

• Management and development of internal communications channels: preparation of content plans, development of content - stories, interviews, visual and video content, publication and production;
• Analysis of internal communications efficiency;
• Development of internal communications materials: re-writing, management of design and production;
• Development of corporate presents: ideation, the search of contractors, and management of production;
• Organization of corporate events;
• Сonducting surveys among employees, analyzing the results, and preparation of proposals to improve efficiency.

Education and previous experience:

• Higher education;
• Experience in internal communications or PR;
• Experience in events management;
• Experience in the development of printed materials and preparation of technical tasks for design and video content;
• Experience with primary documentation and contracts.

Skills and competencies:

• Strong copywriting skills;
• Knowledge of the basics of psychology;
• Knowledge of Ukrainian at a high level;
• Knowledge of English at Advanced level;
• Strong user of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, PPT);
• Strong organizational skills;
• Project management skills;
• Strong time management skills;
• Skills of building relationship with internal and external stakeholders.
