CRH Ukraine has been the part of global diversified building materials group since 1999 with the acquisition of Podilsky Cement JSC. Now CRH Ukraine unites three cement plants in Kamyanets-Podilskiy, Odessa, Mykolaiv (Lviv region) and non cement business: Bilotserkivsky Plant of Reinforced Concrete Structures PrJSC, Polibeton Group and concrete unit in Odessa, operating as "Polibeton" (LLC "Lviv Concrete").

CRH Ukraine announces the search of  Supply Chain Energy Buyer, who will be responsible for purchasing Energy category products: Coal, petcoke, electricity, gas, diesel etc. (including applicable services when required). 

Main Tasks: 

• Manage energy procurement activities in respective category areas;
• Responsible for implementing Division/Cluster energy strategy at the OpCo/Country level;
• Measure and manage performance including data for benchmarking;
• Execute multiple initiatives while ensuring adherence to purchasing best practices;
• Develop and manage relationships with key energy suppliers according to category strategies e.g. develop long terms relationships (LTA/PPA);
• Accountable for driving the realization of savings, efficiency, quality, and process improvement;
• Analyze local supply market, anticipate changes, and drive subsequent energy procurement;
• Evaluate contracts and suppliers to facilitate final supplier-based decisions with relevant stakeholders;
• Ensure required products are purchased in the most cost and time-efficient manner.

Knowledge & Experience 

• Strong negotiation skills;
• English – verbal and written;
• Analytical and problem-solving skills;
• Good communication skills in a cross-functional environment;
• Willingness to often travel;
• Procurement background is a must.
