Middle Project Manager, Digital Transformation Practice

DataArt has more than ten years of experience in the digital transformation of existing businesses in various areas from retail and logistics to telecom. Our knowledge helps clients improve workflows and introduce new technologies ranging from machine learning and sales prediction to managing robotic warehouses. DataArt’s clients include well established global companies, as well as young brands.

We develop platform solutions or upgrade a specific area of the client’s business. We frequently work with client applications, increasing the efficiency of sales channels and optimizing production.

We are looking for a project manager with experience in managing IT projects to join our Digital Transformation Practice.

Must have

• 3+ years of experience managing IT projects
• Knowledge of project management theory
• Understanding of the main phases of the software development life cycle
• Experience using popular development methodologies and project practices
• Skills of employee management: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution
• Skills using bug tracking systems and report generators
• Experience with risk management
• Skills working with clients: analysis and expectation management, feedback gathering, discussing requirements
• Experience working with project documentation written in English
• Spoken and written English

Would be a plus

• Experience in sales and preparing commercial proposals
• Experience managing a group of projects and tracking the status of implementation
